2) Maintenance period: In the warranty period, free of all maintenance charges; After warranty period, only charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees.

WHAT can be returned ?
Only the products with quality problems that can be returned, and the problems are not caused by Man-made and force majeure. And we only accept return for exchange and repair.

WHEN do items need to be returned by ?
The merchandise can be returned within 1 year since the date of shipping.

HOW do customers return items ?
To make a return, please CONTACT US FIRST by fax to 86-0755-82949887 or by e-mail to: info@ledke.com and submit a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list BEFORE returning your product. If you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
1) Company Name.
2) Contact Person.
3) Address.
4) Phone number.
5) E-mail address.
6) When, where and by whom the purchase was made.
7) Reason for the return.
8) Purchase price of the item(s).

An RMA number will be issued to you, and then you must return the product in conjunction with this RMA number. Otherwise your request will NOT be processed and your shipment will be refused.

SHIPPING for returns ?
Customer need to pay shipping for return to us, and we will pay the shipping cost for sending back to customers after exchange or repair.

Packing materials ?
All the merchandise need to be safe packed before shipping.
